C’est le retour des grosses chaleurs qui nous surprennent, notre corps n’a pas le temps de s’habituer \u00e0 ces grosses chaleurs qui arrivent d’un coup du coup nous rencontrons quelques d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ments, je pense \u00e0 ceux qui travaillent debout, ceux qui pi\u00e9tinent… avec les chaleurs les pieds et les chevilles gonflent !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Petite astuce en aromath\u00e9rapie :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pr\u00e9paration d’un gel pour vous soulager <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ingr\u00e9dients : 120 ml d’aloe vera, 20 gouttes d’huiles essentielles de pamplemousse, 20 gouttes d’huiles essentielles de mandarine, 10 gouttes d’huiles essentielles de menthe verte et 10 gouttes d’huiles essentielles de thym.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans un petit pot fermant herm\u00e9tiquement, m\u00e9langez bien vos ingr\u00e9dients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conserver votre m\u00e9lange au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attention ne pas s’exposer au soleil apr\u00e8s l’application car les huiles essentielles de pamplemousse et de mandarines sont photosensibilisantes. Faire un petit test sur votre poignet pour v\u00e9rifier les allergies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
